1. INNOVATIVE ACTIVITY.

1961 was born in Russia, Saint-Petersburg. By education-engineer-builder. Designations: 1991-Cand.Tech.Sci., 1999-Dr.Sci.Tech., on a scientific speciality «Military + Civil building  complexes and designs» on a theme «mobile building designs for civilians in extreme situations and operative arrangement of armies». The senior lecturer with 1996, the professor with 2001 on faculties «buildings and constructions»  and «building materials» in Military non-production university of Ministry of Defence of Russia (The Leningrad maximum military engineering building school it the general of army A.N. Komarovsky). Posts - younger scientific employee, the teacher, the senior teacher, the senior lecturer and the chief of faculty  « buildings and constructions», «military architecture» and «building materials» in it. The general experience of service in Army the Russian Federation - 24 years, a military rank - the colonel. The experience of scientific work - 20 years.

1. 3 innovative projects on introduction new building systems " Modules " are realized, "Falcon" and "Container" in Moscow and Vologda per 1985-1995. Work is awarded Premiums of Ministerial council of the USSR in 1989 and medals ВДНХ.

2. With 1999 the author is the founder and the chief of new unique innovative scientific structure - the Center of tests of building materials, products and designs at research-and-production association "Science-manufacture" in St.-Petersburg. For 6 years of successful activity in the Center it is executed more than 50 research and skilled-experimental development on new  building designs. The center has the certificate of accreditation of Gosstandart of Russia on wide area of accreditation stone, ferro-concrete, etc. designs and in the market environment competes to other laboratories of the country.

3. The author creates new young innovative public association - the International Association of experts of  mobile complexes in 2000.

4. With 2004 a new series of monographies - « Economic revival of Russia » is created.

2. INDUSTRIAL ACTIVITY, PROJECTS AND THE CONSTRUCTED OBJECTS.

The experience of work in construction is 26 years. Worked on posts from the younger scientific employee up to the chief of faculty. Has passed a way from the lieutenant up to the colonel. As the supervisor of studies, the executor, The chief of construction and the construction superintendent took part in designing and construction of 52 objects.

The basic constructed objects and projects: « the Experimental improving complex » from designs "Falcon". The customer – Army the USSR, Vologda; experimental « Complex inhabited military station for space forces of Russia on the Far North » from designs "Falcon". The customer - the Government of the Russian Federation, Norilsk, 1990; « Inhabited settlements from designs "Container" in Спитак and Leninakan. The customer - the Government of Armenia 1990-91;   « Town-planning complexes with designs from new concrete » - the Government of St.-Petersburg (1998-2006).

 In 2003 on behalf of the President of the Russian Federation Putin V.V. was the project head on reconstruction and restoration of new high school in St.-Petersburg - the Higher school of folk arts - with the purpose of preparation of experts for development of national arts and crafts, aesthetic, patriotic and ethnocultural education is created).

3. ACTIVITY IN Academy - РААСН. The scientific secretary of РААСН, adviser. Participation in competitions per 2004-2006; the publication of clauses in magazine " Academy ", organizational work; Preparation of General meetings and a bureau of Branch; illumination of activity of Branch in mass-media; search of orders; attraction of new worthy members in Academy.

4. SOCIAL RECOGNITION. The veteran of Armed forces of Russia. 4 medals of the Government of the USSR and the Russian Federation « For difference in military service », 15 letters, diplomas per 1990-2005 from the Deputy minister of defense of the Russian Federation up to chiefs of universities. Diploma РААСН in 2004 by results of competition. Corresponding member МАНЭБ. Victories over competitions the Governments of St.-Petersburg in 2001 and 2002 Attraction of FSB of the Russian Federation as the expert on criminal cases in St.-Petersburg. The curator of the international contract between СПбГАСУ and University of Kassel in Germany. A member of two Dissertational Advice at СПбГАСУ and ВИТУ.

5. IMPROVEMENT OF PROFESSIONAL SKILL. In 2004 has passed vocational training and certification under the new program « the International expert-builder with specialization - the Russian Federation » in СПбГАСУ and the European center of certification of experts-builders. The program of training included sections under new international standard ISO 17024, estimated activity, system of maintenance of quality of construction, system of architecturally-building supervision, judicial examination etc.

6. PEDAGOGICAL ACTIVITY. The experience of pedagogical work in СПбГАСУ and ВИТУ as the teacher, the senior teacher, the senior lecturer, the Full professor - 15 years. For this time spent all kinds of lecture and practical employment with all categories trained - students, cadets, experts of the building organizations on disciplines « building designs », "architecture", "materiology", « buildings and constructions », « economy and management in construction ». Now -  Full professor of faculty of building manufacture and Courses of improvement of qualification in СПбГАСУ. The author of 4 new curriculums, 10 methodical grants, 2 disciplines and 33 lectures on technology of restoration manufacture, AutoCAD designs according to new State the educational standards of the Russian Federation. The head of master's theses and degree projects. The author 4 educational and handbooks which have received wide social recognition and are used in СПбГАСУ, ВИТУ, ПГУПС, ВИКА by it A.Mozhajskogo and other high schools in educational processes. Has lead 25 open and ostentatious educational employment. It is awarded 5 diplomas and letters for successes in pedagogical, patent and educational activity. Can to do a net of  International firms in business in Russia, Germany, France.

7. SCIENTIFIC ACTIVITY.

The basic directions of scientific activity - building architecture, designs mobile, economy and new type buildings and constructions of inhabited, public, industrial and military purpose in usual conditions and in extreme situations. The founder and the supervisor of studies of the new actual scientific direction corresponding the list of critical technologies of a federal level, approved by the President of the Russian Federation, strategic researches Academy on 2006 the Name of a direction - «the Theory and practice of creation and development of mobile, economy and new type  buildings and constructions of civil and military purpose» .It is included and carried out by way on 2006.

Quantity of reports including won on competitions and grants where the author was the supervisor of studies responsible and easier executor - more than 20 total amount 4000 pages (them them author's – 1500).Customers - Gosstroy of the USSR and the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Defence, Gosstroy of Ukraine, ЛенЗНИИЭП, the Government of St.-Petersburg, 26 Institute of the Russian Federation, etc. the federal, regional and private organizations. All reports are introduced.

To establish an official contacts by contracts between my Saint-Petersburg State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering + North-West Regional Branch Russian Academy of Architecture and Constructional Sciences etc.
