               It is with great enthusiasm that I attest to the exceptional ability of Dr. Yury Kazakov.     I am well-acquainted with Mr. Kazakov’s professional reputation and am well-qualified to judge the value of his achievements within the profession.  He is one of the few Professors in the field of architecture.

               He has performed exceptionally in his years as an architect and a Professor and I have extremely high regard for his judgment and knowledge.  Mr. Yury Kazakov is an accomplished Professor and Researcher in the field of Architecture.  His accredited work is evident in the list of journal articles, book publications, and presentations that he has been a part of. Moreover, Mr. Yury Kazakov has demonstrated the ability and dedication to architecture unlike others.

Designations: 1991-Cand.Tech.Sci., 1999-Dr.Sci.Tech., on a scientific speciality «Military + Civil building  complexes and designs» on a theme «mobile building designs for civilians in extreme situations and operative arrangement of armies». The senior lecturer with 1996, the professor with 2001 on faculties «buildings and constructions»  and «building materials» in Military non-production university of Ministry of Defence of Russia. Posts - younger scientific employee, the teacher, the senior teacher, the senior lecturer and the chief of faculty  « buildings and constructions», «military architecture» and «building materials» in it. The general experience of service in Army the Russian Federation - 24 years, a military rank - the colonel. The experience of scientific work - 20 years.

The experience of work in construction is 26 years. Worked on posts from the younger scientific employee up to the chief of faculty. Has passed a way from the lieutenant up to the colonel. For this time spent all kinds of lecture and practical employment with all categories trained - students, cadets, experts of the building organizations on disciplines « building designs », "architecture", "materiology", « buildings and constructions », « economy and management in construction ». Now -  Full professor of faculty of building manufacture and Courses of improvement of qualification in СПбГАСУ. The author of 4 new curriculums, 10 methodical grants, 2 disciplines and 33 lectures on technology of restoration manufacture, AutoCAD designs according to new State the educational standards of the Russian Federation.
