With 1999 the author is the founder and the chief of new unique innovative scientific structure - the Center of tests of building materials, products and designs at research-and-production association "Science-manufacture" in St.-Petersburg. For 6 years of successful activity in the Center it is executed more than 50 research and skilled-experimental development on new  building designs. The center has the certificate of accreditation of Gosstandart of Russia on wide area of accreditation stone, ferro-concrete, etc. designs and in the market environment competes to other laboratories of the country.

The experience of work in construction is 26 years. Worked on posts from the younger scientific employee up to the chief of faculty. Has passed a way from the lieutenant up to the colonel. As the supervisor of studies, the executor, The chief of construction and the construction superintendent took part in designing and construction of 52 objects.

He is the scientific secretary of РААСН, and its adviser. He is the curator of the international contract between СПбГАСУ and University of Kassel in Germany. He is a member of two Dissertational Advice at СПбГАСУ and ВИТУ.

In 2004 he has passed vocational training and certification under the new program « the International expert-builder with specialization - the Russian Federation » in СПбГАСУ and the European center of certification of experts-builders. He guided the program of training included sections under new international standard ISO 17024, estimated activity, system of maintenance of quality of construction, system of architecturally-building supervision, judicial examination etc.

He has the experience of pedagogical work in СПбГАСУ and ВИТУ as the teacher, the senior teacher, the senior lecturer, the Full professor - 15 years. For this time spent all kinds of lecture and practical employment with all categories trained - students, cadets, experts of the building organizations on disciplines « building designs », "architecture", "materiology", « buildings and constructions », « economy and management in construction ».

Presently he is full professor of faculty of building manufacture and Courses of improvement of qualification in СПбГАСУ. The author of 4 new curriculums, 10 methodical grants, 2 disciplines and 33 lectures on technology of restoration manufacture, AutoCAD designs according to new State the educational standards of the Russian Federation. He is the author 4 educational and handbooks which have received wide social recognition and are used in СПбГАСУ, ВИТУ, ПГУПС, ВИКА by it A.Mozhajskogo and other high schools in educational processes. He has lead 25 open and ostentatious educational employment. He was awarded 5 diplomas and letters for successes in pedagogical, patent and educational activity. He represents a net of  International firms in business in Russia.

His experience include the basic directions of scientific activity - building architecture, designs mobile, economy and new type buildings and constructions of inhabited, public, industrial and military purpose in usual conditions and in extreme situations.
